BEAUTIFUL
The wide raised pattern design of the Dominator Somerset Garage Door is produced from heavy gauge steel to produce a distinguished horizontal dimension to entry point to your garage and home.
The ‘rectangular’ raised pattern design ofthe garage door is available in either a smooth or woodgrain finish and produces a refined feel that complements home architecture that ranges from the traditional to the modern.

Sectional garage doors are designed to be operated with an automatic garage door opener.

Note: The process of roll forming sheet steel may cause irregularities in flat panel surfaces. Smooth finishes can highlight these irregularities under certain lighting conditions and viewpoints.
Once installed, the woodgrain texture will continue to mask any minor dents and scratches inflicted throughout the life of the door.
WINDOW OPTIONS
Note: The ‘Double Press’ range of window options is recommended for the Somerset sectional door as their size and position across the door will match the remaining pressings. Glazing with acrylic or toughened glass is available.
Some door widths create an uneven number of pressings across the panel - this will limit the window options available - please discuss with us.

LOCKING OPTIONS
When a sectional door is automated with a garage door opener, no manual locking mechanism is required. The Opener is geared so that the door cannot be pushed or pulled open from the outside.
We recommend all our Sectional Doors are fitted with an Automatic Opener from the Merlin range. If your door must be operated manually, an external lock is available as optional extra.
HEADROOM OPTIONS
Doors are provided for standard headroom (350mm) situations, unless otherwise specified.
Rear torsion and Intermediate Low Headroom systems are available as optional extras. Contact us to discuss Low Headroom requirements.

It’s important to have peace of mind when you make a purchase, that’s why your Dominator sectional door comes with the following warranty:
- 5 years for steel door curtain & associated labour, 1 year for surface coating, locking mechanism & all other components & associated labour.
- Industrial/Commercial use – 1 year for all components & labour.

Available in Daylight Opening Sizes (DLO) from 1825mm to 3440mm in height and from 2400mm to 6600mm in width.
Additional sizes may be available, please discuss your requirements with your local Dominator Dealer.

• Ball bearing wheels with two-piece roll-formed track, allowing the door to run easily and smoothly during opening and closing.
• Full sized hinges reduce stress loading for consistent operation.
WEATHER PROTECTION
The garage today is used to store many different valuable objects, and in some cases is converted into another room, so weather protection is an important feature of any garage door. The Dominator sectional door features:
• Pre-painted steel, to stand up to the harsh New Zealand climate.
• Bottom weatherseal which is soft and pliable, helping to stop leaves and rain coming in under the door.
• Mohair option available to reduce gaps between the door and the door jamb, to keep out the weather.

• Springs designed to exceed the Aus/NZ Standard for garage doors – 20,000 cycles.
• Factory fitted, muntins and end styles ensure consistent panel tolerances for trouble free operation.

The number of pressings across your door is determined by the overall width of the opening and the resulting amount is spaced out evenly.
Designed to be operated with an automatic garage door opener, we recommend our Merlin openers with either the Chain or Belt-drive configuration for Somerset Sectional Garage Door installations.

Manufactured by roll-forming 0.6 BMT COLORSTEEL® and then pressing the detail into the panel, the Somerset will provide a touch of the traditional to the front of your home.
